Oh shit, things are about to get real!

Love that you're back on this fic (if only for the time being), and I love long chapters, and I really love that they're finally making progress. 

So I want to start off by saying that I've read all your story's available and constanly check for new stories and updates, with that being said I love this story and the direction its taken. I love the way you've written out the characaters, their storylines and realtionships. I adore Sesshomaru so much and the development with him and Kagome. I absolutely hate Sango, since the beginning and I can not wait until Sess/Kag finally get togther to rub it in both her and inuyasha faces, just a little bit. Like I'm anticipating that moment and thinking of all that ways it will play out. You always keep me on my toes and that's one of the reason why I adore you and your work. Keep up the great job. I'll be patiently waiting for the next update. 

Omg Susie!!! So much to digest! Thank you for spending so much time on this update. It has progressed the story so much. Every detail, character and relationship is becoming so interesting. Im always looking for your updates! You certainly didn't disappoint, as always. Cant wait for more!!! Also - the sequel, didn't know what that. Very interesting....... the original will always be the best of course! So weird to see how they moved on, can't let it affect our world of Kag//Sess!

Amazing chapter! Love the Sesshoumaru and Kagome interaction. Not a fan of Sango right now. You know your friend has intense feelings for someone and are under the impression that those feelings are reciprocated; but you discover he likes you instead (which is fine), but then ask for your friend to be willing to discuss the sexual aspects of YOUR relationship, as if her feelings just disappeared. Smh, having your friend accept truths is fine but asking her to push it her feelings aside so you can gab about that relationship is kind of cruel.

Oh wow, he became yokai again so cool....  But he didn't have his yoki?  Humm strange I wonder what caused that.  Perhaps soon he'd get that back as well but for the meantime I'm sure he'd like to go disamate a couple buildings or soliders....  he he he...  Oh poor Kagome, seems like her love life is a tangled web.  What will she do now that she doesn't have Inu Yasha anymore.  Its like she wants to remain naive to worldly matters.  I can't wait for the sequel...  Only Human was a good story.  But its not over by a long shot this much I know because Rin and his swords were not found.  I wonder if he will request Inu Yasha's and the gangs help even without his yoki.  Never know your the writer of this up coming sequel.

OMG! Susie! You talented gal. I just read That Night and realized you penned so many other awesome work that Im enjoying. Like this one!!!! My gosh. Totally different feel between these two stories but you sure like making us work for blissful, loving, Sess/Kag moments! Haha

I am more than glad that the truth is finally out, and everyone can stop dancing around each other. The drama was painful to see, everyone keeping some sort of secret, and knowing and Kagome walking around like a fool. The slight shift in Kagome’s attitude masks your different methodology, I think, but either way, the chapter came out fantastic. :) No worries. Everyone is in a weird headspace rght now. Excited to see what trouble they find outside the village. Waiting to see Sesshomaru deal with his ahem body issues outside a four-walled house. And I wonder if you will have the Inu-tachi fly by old friends? 

Really hoping Rin is found safe and none the worse for wear. More importantly, I hope you’re actually staying safe and healthy.
 

 

I did notice a slight change in the flow but I couldn't put my finger on it. Wasn't bad or anything. And I'm so happy with how you handled Kagome during this chapter. She's human so of course a time may come where she processes in a new way but this was beautiful to see her shift. She needed it, because they were all inadvertently beating her down. I also can't wait for more of her Sessh now that this moral trip is out the way lol

Ah, I'm so relieved that they are moving on, and Kagome can finally and literally move on from Inuyasha, and unburden herself from any possible lingering romantic ties from the hanyou, although I am surprised he actually even had the balls to tell her he just isn't into her. ;) I do recognize the slight change in flow, in the way you broke it down how things were being processed in Kagome's mind, and I know it can be difficult to express that but with feeling so much, having a basic starting point helps to draw it out as you've seemingly had been able to do. I'm hoping Sesshomaru will start to look at her in a different light, as someone who is strong while being vulnerable, independent while being dependable, and overall a vital part of the team - AND of course available now that he knows Inuyasha broke the news to her about his mutual feelings with Sango. Thank dog for that! Hope you're staying safe and healthy and hope you are getting into a better head space soon! I am LOVING the updates you've been adding, with That Night and this fic as well as allll the others <3

So happy you updated this!! This one is definitely my favorite out of your in progress works.

I did noticed a difference with the writing style this time... it was alright. It didn't seem to have as much impact to me as the other chapters. It seemed very slow and Inuyasha finally confronting Kagome about how he feels wasn't as impactful as I had imagined it would be. Maybe in the next chapter the fallout will happen, once she has processed? 

This chapter read more like a filler to me. Still very well written with plenty of detail, but it didn't seem to have any big moments in it, if you know what I mean.

I'm sorry, I hope I'm not being too harsh! I love you and your storytelling. Very anxiously awaiting the next chapter!

I was starting to wonder when they'd get around to finding Rin. I hope she is found a recovered quickly.

Fantastic chapter! Poor Kagome is left out of every conversation, but is not connecting the dots the group is leaving behind. I am happy that Sesshomaru was not able to follow through with their plan. Now for a painful pack discussion...

This chapter took me for a ride!!! A lot of unexpectedness but I kind of see where you're headed with certain things. Really enjoyed it! Though I am very worried for Kagome. I feel like she might be the only one who doesn't take the new development very well or maybe you'll surprise us, I don't know. But I look forward to finding out! 

Girl! You must've read our reviews and decided to mess with us a little. Love Sango but you definitely almost gave me a heart attack! So much anger and disappointment all at once! But thank goooodness you threw us a bone. Thank you for a thoughtful, long chapter. I know how hard it is to get through a slump. I hope you find motivation again soon! There is so much potential, cannot wait to see what your creative mind comes up with. P.S. everyone seems so OOC, except Kag and Sess. Maybe because of the mis match pairing.. or you're really highlighting the nature of these characters from the show. The monk is a perv after all! I usually dislike OOC but you definitely make up for it with fantastic writing 

Whew! I kinda had to fan myself off after this one! I almost had a stroke when I thought Sess was actually gonna bone Sango. Glad Sango is gonna be pawned off to Inuyasha lol So after this bit of voyeurism, Things can move along!! Awesome writing Susie! Loooove it.
