Aside from the slurs and xenophobia, this was my favorite chapter to date!

Agreeing with you on the content warnings. I'd much rather an author put a bold asterisk before and after the content in question, than there saying, "Oh! CW: Character death". It spoils the chapter.

There was a lot of honesty, particularly from Miroku, and I appreciate you giving him that maturity. He gets pushed to the background as an unrepentant slut, but the reminder that the wind tunnel is still a danger, and one that has made him distance himself from his own family, foresaking the opportunity to have a nuclear family, was a welcome change. He multifaceted and doesn't just run on "Monk" or "Pervert". The discussion between Kagome and Sesshomaru was good as well. Before,K kept losing her footing, getting bested, and jumping from being flirty to completely unaware. That couldn't continue. I have a feeling that despite the rest of her group living every day as if it were their last, that Sesshomaru will have an outlook more similar to Kagome's (if they ever get to discussing theirs). He is, after all, an extremely patient and long lived demon. 

Wondering if he'll transform after they get a little more cozy and if they'll finally catch onto what they think is an emotional trigger?

Thank you for having Sesshomaru go back and kill those disgusting rapists!! I know you don't like the gory fight scenes and I appreciate your efforts all the more because of that. 

You spoil us with so many updates this week! I can't wait to read more, I love the way their relationship is evolving. 

Regarding your trigger warning, I think you do a really good job on making them super unlikeable without the epithet. And from what I understand, it's mostly an american language one that became more prominant after the Korean War. Just kinda feels out of place to me.

Omg what a chapter loved it....  It seems Kagome is getting worked up demanding things of Sesshomaru who will pester her for his loven wow challenging him is a way to a former demons heart...  lol I enjoyed what Sesshomaru did to those traders...  They deserved it.  As for the Hanibal thing nawh only if he tasted the blood in fava bean sauce.  lol  Update soon.

I'm completely in love with story. There is so much I like, I don't even no where to begin to explain. Two things come to mind. First is sesshomaru being human. I feel that he is learning alot about himself what is means to be human. The pros and cons. I like the idea that he might take his experiences and put them to use when he becomes a demon again. Secondly, I enjoy the development between kagome and sesshomaru. I like that she challenges in ways he hasn't been. Also that if he wants to be with her he has to gain her respect; one-way being controlling certain urges to be in the running lol. I really like more then these two things. It is a very fulfilling story for me. I'm curious to where the story will lead. I can't wait to be along for the ride. Keep up the fantastic work.

So far I am in love with this story and the characters. They are multidimensional and complex and I appreciate that. Greedily ate through every chapter in an afternoon. Can't wait for more!

I'm so glad to see you updated! Definitely have been on my mind, this story has (okay, Yoda...). I liked the heated back and forth before the kiss. I was like "Finally! Some action between these two!" Like for real. Sango and Inuyasha, dang, even Miroku is getting action. Sess is obvi attracted to Kagz, and she needs to get "educated" so she isn't so naive any more. She is the youngest out of the group though, so it makes sense she would be the most innocent. But hopefully she takes Sango's words to heart that at any moment, shit could go down. Best bone before you die, or something like that ;) Please make more! Not terribly disappointed that you didn't include the torture sesh, but maybe like a shortened version toward the end of it would've been sufficient ;)

I like that you didnt give us details yet on what happened with Sesshoumaru and the solders... This way you can use it as snipits as Sesshou day dreams or as he tells Inu what he did lol

Thank you for these two chapters!!! Love the progress, the reveals and Kagome's maturing self care focused attitude! Also, I love seeing a peak that Sesshomaru may be able to change back at certain moments. It will definitely lend some excitement further down the line to their situation. Also, I liked not having full details on his revenge. I got the hint and appreciated that more of the chapter went to him and Kagome.

Another chapter so soon? I feel spoiled! And is that some personal growth Sesshomaru experienced?! Is he displaying some comradeship?! (*???*) He should take oxycodone more often. LOL

A little sad we didn't get to see the gratuitous violence, but maybe one of the villagers will fearfully whisper about the blood splatters. 

Seems like he became partially a demon again when he started to truly experience the powerlessness of being human. It was a good chapter.

Well at least we know this was not the end to the sequel...  thank heavens.. The was a cool chapter having him gain respect being human while at night dog.  That was cool thinking.  Anyways loved it.  Hopefully he does put his yoki to good use next time.
