Actually, I just noticed something! If you look at the bottom right corner, there is a '14'. I think it is safe to assume that this is only one page. That means there are more!

This doesn't look like part of the original manga to me. I think it might be something different all all together. If you look at scanned pages on onemanga, you will notice that most of the pages are not colored, and the ones that are colored don't look like this. The coloring style is more soft, and Kagome's eyes don't are not distinctively brown like they are on this.

I wonder if it's a doujinshi? Whatever the case, I wouldn't mind seeing the rest of it!
