I came across this picture while I was browsing for SK images on photobucket. It looks like it came from the animanga, but I don't recall any episode where Sesshomaru comes in physical contact with Kagome like below. Does anyone have any further information about this image?

This is actually one of my favourite pictures of them. lol. It almost looks as if he's hugging her...

Is there like a translation of what Sesshomaru is saying? I can only understand one character and that is the first one which is 'woman'. So at least we know that Sess is saying something like "Woman....."

Kagome seems like she is enjoying herself a little too much to be frightened of Sesshomaru's weird little embrace.

I haven't seen a translation for it yet, and I can't read or speak Japanese, so I have no idea what he could be saying... But if I were to guess, he's probably telling her to silence herself at once. *Shrugs*

Yes, she is enjoying herself. I mean, how many can say that they had Sesshoumaru's arm around them? Even if it was only there for threatening proposes... but we all know kagome likes danger.

Sesshomaru seems quite irritated that he isn't getting the desired fear he expected from Kagome. XD

Hehe. Yeah, he doesn't like not being feared. It's like an insult to him, I think.

This is a great picture and it really looks like it might be from the anime or manga!! Does anyone know if it's a really good fan art or a manip?

I think that is an official drawing from an Inuyasha comic. I used to have the full page (that picture is a panel from that page), but it was lost when the computer got damaged on the airplane. The site I got that page from no longer has any pictures on it, and I don't know where else to look. It kills me that I lost so many files, especially the ones that no longer exist on the internet...

Hmm... I think that is the first panel there. In the second panel, Inuyasha is shouting something to Kagome. Kagome somehow manages to get away from Sesshoumaru in the third panel, and is standing right in front of Inuyasha and yelling at him, and he's yelling back at her. In this same panel (I think), you see Sesshoumaru standing in the background, a sweatdrop on the side of his head. In the last panel, Jaken seems to be making a comment about the argument between Inuyasha and Kagome, but Sesshoumaru is already walking away, saying goodness knows what (it was all in Japanese). I haven't seen the page in over a year, so I may have missed a panel or two...

Hmmm...sounds like an unplanned rendezvous to me. I wonder what happened before this panel though...

If it was from the manga you might be able to find it again and what Sesshomaru is saying on this web site. It's got all of the Inuyasha manga right down to the very end, I couldn't tell you which book it's in but i'll try and find out.
