This game is basically a stock market style game, with the investor first to reach a million Dokus (Pronounced Doh-Ku) wins the investment game.

There are eight companies to invest in, although only three companies may be invested in at one time. Players may join in at anytime, and may begin by investing in the stocks of their choice. Players may only sell off stocks and buy more stocks once in between stock results posted. Results will be posted anywhere every 24-48 hours. The results will be randomized. An investor (player) must have at least 75% of their money invested at one time, but the rest may be in the depository. You can borrow up to 1,000 Dokus from the bank, but if you can't pay it back by 3 turns, then your assets are liquidated and you are eliminated from the game. Amounts of stocks are called shares.

Am I right in assuming we didn't borrow our starting 1000 Doku from the bank and therefore don't need to pay it back?

Also, I think I got confused..is the net worth including what's in the bank, or excluding it? (Therefore being only what we own in stocks?)

The way Walter has his last update listed, makes it seem like it's JUST what we own, but I'm thinking it should include what's in the depository... right?

Actually I only update the stocks. Basically you need to have 1 million dokus, which includes what you have in the depository. When you have 1 million total net worth, you sell your stocks to win the game. If someone reaches the value at the same time, the first person to post a sell off wins, or in other words, first come first serve. And no, you don't need to pay back your first 1,000.

Hey all sorry for the absence from managing the game. Not to worry though, I've devised a method for making up lost time. Rather then doing 10 cycles of changes without letting anyone buy/sell in between, I've decided to hand out Dividend payments, based on 10% of the Total Investment Value, for every 2 days that I missed updating the Stock Market game. And yes, most of that will have to be invested. =D
