Are you getting to the final upload section where it shows something like:

If you are getting that far... send me what it shows as the 'New Filename' (last entry)... and I can make sure that it's getting onto the server correctly. If you aren't even getting that far, what is the furthest that you're able to make it (at least the upload form I'm guessing
).
Now, as for your profile. I was able to do a test, and put in an entry for the "About Me" without any issues.
I'm guessing that both of these could because of IE9. So...
First debug step:
Can you make sure that the browser is running in "Compatibility View" while on Dokuga. That seems to help a lot of the issues.

Or, there's like the broken page icon in the location bar (on the right I think). You
should be able to click that and enable Compatibility View.
Let me know if setting the Compatibility View helps ya, and I'll add it to the ever growing list of things that's broke in IE9 at times. :/
