I've been trying to post a new chapter to an existing story for like the last 20 minutes. It won't allow me to click on sections of the text to do corrections and each time I hit 'submit', it ends up showing that chapter 30 is posted, but the chapter has no content. I've deleted it and attempted a repost a few times, but the same problem keeps happening.

Is anyone else having this issue? Or does anyone know a way around this or how to fix it?

I think people have had this same thing happen to them before if they're using IE. But if you are using Firefox it doesn't happen.

What browser are you using for your internet?

Have you tried clearing you cache and then attempting to upload the chapter? It definitely sounds like a browser issue.

Thank you both so much. Turns out it wasn't a cache issue, nor did I think it was a problem with my IE, per se, but the input from both of you did get me thinking on what the problem was. Yes, I do use IE, but it's never been an issue before when we had IE 8. . . and then just like yesterday or the day before it auto-installed the update to IE 9 . . . and apparently IE 9 and Dokuga aren't on speaking terms, so I uninstalled it and went back to 8 and the chapter posted.

i recently had been having some issues with posting things, and i had also just downloaded IE9 the other day...it was alright, had the newness that you get used to with such updates...but..if i have to go to another browser to go to one of my top sites...that is just no..i also uninstalled IE9 *nod*

so it seems that all should be warned that dokuga and IE9 don't work well together T 3T
