Is there like a Nar/Kag site too somewhere?

I'm not aware of any other IY ship specific fic site.

For any fanfiction / general fanfiction site, archive of our own is probably the biggest site right now.

Mediaminer is an old school fic site.

And I guess there's always wattpad...

If you are old enough for it - AFF (Adult Fanfiction ORG) I've been on Wattpad and the ff there is usually a rip off or not very good. Some classics on Fanfiction.net are great if you can find them. I have some recommendations on my youtube. The classics aren't easy to find always because they were written BEFORE the filter with characters and pairings were put in place on that site. One reason I am happy I started reading so many years ago and know where to find them.

I've read almost all of the classics, for almost every pairing (save for inu/kag cuz no) or the well known ones at least. I never use the character pairings just so I don't leave those stories out.
