Okay so I remember at least I think so that this story was on Spark but than again it might be on Dokuga also.
Summary: Kagome meets Sesshoumaru in an elevator in her apartment complex, she doesn't know his name. Sess starts to play a game with, they do the dirty and the game continues until she speaks his name or knows his name. Kagura spills the beans and tells Kagome his name thus making the game end. Kagome later finds out she is pregnant while he is on a business trip to America, and when he gets back he finds out and I remember him and inupapa was sad because they didn't get to bond with the pup while kagome was pregnant. Sess knocks her up again and well that is where my memory ends.

This would be "Speaking Without Words," I think...I'm 80% positive that's the name and it's on Dokuga too. It's been updated recently, within the last 6 weeks I believe.
