okay i dont know if anyone's listed it yet, but Concealed Burden is an awesome Bleach/IY/YYH xover.

Kagome is rather super powerful but everything is explained, and while things move fast they seem to go slowly as well. There's no set pairing, as the author is still in a vote for it, but so far the winner is Sesshomaru and or Byakuya, with 6 votes each. And there's atie for second place for Hiei/Kisuke/Toshiro with 5 each.
