After Kogasangel posted it on here, I read it, and I noticed there's a sequel, though it's not complete yet....might anyone know if the author has plans of completing it?

This fic came from the depths of my mind, all I can remember is Kagome was pregnant and I think she was in an abusive relationship with Sesshoumaru and he got angry over something and there was a scene in the kitchen with a knife and she did everything she could to avoid falling onto the knife and Sesshouamru was not aware that she was pregnant and I think she goes into hiding.

Hopefully I'm not mixing up plot lines here, if someone remembers this fic that would be awesome!!

If I remember correctly, I believe the author was shady minion. I used to write a round robin with her and I believe this fic is her creation. Let me go and see if I can find it for you.
