Don't remember the name of course, or whether or not it was ever finished, but here is what I remember of the fic;
There was something like a hundred years war between humans and Youkai. To help propose a peace treaty between the two warring factions, Kagome, in the form of a moon miko, is politically married to Sesshomaru.
As it later turns out, Sesshomaru killed Kagome's father, who was a general during the conflict.
Also, there was something about three human generals working on a bioweapon of some sort that would target and kill Youkai's only.
