Sort of looking for an older specific fanfic not sure if it's around anymore and so needing help to locate it.

I have been looking for fanfiction where Kagome in the future and struggling to move on from her travels to the past I believe she's trying to finish school and trying to find a way back to figure out how to go back to the past and in this one I'm struggling to remember If Sesshomaru is either remembering her or perhaps they have a correspondence going in dreams or maybe they were using A magical journal and with them corresponding that way she's developing feelings for sesshomaru and so does sesshomaru with Kagome and they try to find a way to send her back to the past. Also In his fic a teacher someone tries to help Kagome go back to the past and if I recall correctly she does go back and meet sesshomaru just can't remember if they managed to get the well to work again or if they used an alternative means to get her back to the past. Sesshomaru I believe also consults others about Kagome and how to get her back to the past I believe he talks to bokuseno the tree demon as well in this fic.

It was one of those stories where each chapter would build their relationship. And I It was a chapter story work, It was fairly long fanfic but we'll not sure if it ever got completed as when I read it at the time it was incomplete. And I think the fic was possibly rated m or ma due to some of romantic and suggestive lemony moments it had when. Kagome and sesshomaru would fantasize being together

Would appreciate the help if anyone recognizes it but would also love to read similar fanfics I do enjoy readi g long fanfics so feel free to recommend if you find any where Kagome is struggling to go back to the past and sesshomaru and her get together.
