hey this is owl. mom was admitted to the hospital Saturday night. She has a serious leg infection and dehydration. she is in Iv antibiotics and fluids. don't know when she will be home. say a prayer for her she is very ill. We are going to try and take the laptop to her so she can maybe be online. mainly slleeps a lot due to the painkillers for her leg.
will let you know how she is.

I'm sorry to hear your mom is sick, but if she's been admitted to the hospital, she's in good hands. They can give her very powerful antibiotics and help make sure she the speediest recovery and the least damage.

Oh dear,

I stayed there for pneumonia this holidays and was there during christmas. Everything went well for me in the end, so I hope the same thing for her and a really quick recovery. I wish it with all my heart and hope to hear from her soon.

Dear Friends,
Thanks for all your good wishes and prayers. I have a bacterial infection(cellulitis) in my leg like Owl said.By the time I had got to the hospital Sat. I was in pretty serious condition. I ignored some warning signs and did a very stupid thing by not listening. When I am less muggy I'll have hubby help me post the photo of what my leg looked like when I got here.
I am doing a bit better, the Dr. says I can MAYBE go home by the end of the week.
I hope so. It's BORING here. Not that I am doing much mostly sleeping.
Thanks for being so kind to Owl. She is having a bit of a hard time of me being here.

Am going back to lay down, (also sucks. I can only get up to use the bathroom.)
