I love how absolutely MORTIFIED Masaru looks in the background. It's nice that Kagome finallyy got someone to talk to who can give her actual insight about Sesshomaru's courtship of her. 5 years since the war started, seven years since he started courting her, I wonder if Sesshomaru left Rin with her because he acknowledged her as the Alpha of her own small pack before they all left. Let's be honest she's helped protect Rin before and he's seen her protect Shippo. Maybe it was because she was stil so young. Only 15 years old before she came back3 years later. I really enjoy the way Masaru cares about her as more than his charge but and wants to cheer her up and help her out of her depression. Having Makaira around will be good for Kagome. I wonder if she'll slip in some things she learned from Makaira into her letters to Sesshomaru. As always I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE your writing! Can't wait for more! (but i will because I love this so much)

I love that Sesshomaru pleasures himself not with the image of a clean, together and tidy Kagome. But the boarderline feral, blood covered, WARRIOR Kagome. I'm also glad that Kagome finally stopped feeling so shy about her attraction and need for Sesshomaru. I bet she was furiously blushing the entire time writing her letter. 

Oh our poor Kagome.... Sesshomaru you need to come back from war and hold her. Now!

YES PROTECT YOUR GIRL! I kinda feel bad for Inuyasha though, he just didn't want to hurt her, but that's all he ends up doing. He needs more experience and has much more growing up to do. This was a little far but I completely understand where Sesshomaru is coming from.

Ogods, cringe on the arm ripping...but such great descriptive detail!

Woahhh, damn. That was primal and brutal and the realistic reaction of a daiyokai who's as ruthless as he is. Even if it's hard as a reader to witness the viscerality of that scene, his brutality is necessary. I don't believe ive ever read a fic where Sesshoumaru put Inuyasha in his place this demonic way before. Your storytelling is impeccable. I feel bad for Inuyasha. Paying for his inability to be honest with kagome with his arm is fucked. But he did put his hands on kagome and that's also unacceptable. I mean I don't know how kagome is going to react to finding out that Sesshoumaru debilitated him. She is human and  will have an incredibly hard time reconciling his actions. I'm so curious if he'll write a letter to her about this or what will happen. Can't wait for the next few chapters. Thanks for all your hard work.

I read through all the chapters I missed and the addition of the pictures were GENIUS! I'm glad to see both of them starting to embrace their attraction to each other. The fact that they're basically sending thirst traps to each other (well Rin sent Kagome's) is so funny to me. I hope these letters get spicier and spicier until they can see each other again.

Really enjoyed reading this. It's been hard finding good stories the last few years. Please keep updating.
