I really like the setting of this story and how the story has progressed. I am looking forward to updates on this story.

SmilingFool (Chapter 17) - Mon 17 Sep 2018

Oh my gosh another cliffy.......  NOOOOOO....  And it was getting good. Oh well I guess I have to be happy that Kagome finally got to see Kikyou's mother again...  I wonder what Kikyou's mother thinks as she watches and listens to Kagome...  Does she see the distruction that had been done to Kagome or how skinny and scarred up she is.  Will Kagome tell her about how she came very close to dying?  Oh so many things.  Update soon please.

KShadeslady (Chapter 17) - Mon 17 Sep 2018

AWK! Too short! Can hardly wait to see what happens next. I live the idea of the hidden area where their home is. Very clever! Great update!

LibraCourt (Chapter 17) - Mon 17 Sep 2018

Can’t wait to read more. I’m getting super impatient to read what is going to happen when Kikyo and Inuyasha show up

Ree-san (Chapter 17) - Mon 17 Sep 2018

In trauma situations that type of ambush is bad and cruel. I think Izayoi is wrong no matter the good intentions. Enough people have made decisions for Kagome, she should start making them for herself. Izayoi knows only pieces of what happened. Hows Kagome going to ever feel safe with these people when they're always ambushing? Its like positive bullying but still keeps you at evreyone else's whim.

KShadeslady (Chapter 16) - Sat 01 Sep 2018

Interesting turn of events. Looking forward to that dinner and what comes next. I’m hoping that Kikyo will learn the truth and grow from it.

Roseanna (Chapter 16) - Fri 31 Aug 2018

I have been enjoying this story a lot, and I look forward to seeing the interaction during dinner between Kikyo's mother and Kagome.  Update soon!

Deb (Chapter 16) - Fri 31 Aug 2018

Thank you once again for this wonderful story~! Interesting that Kagome left a letter. I wonder how Kikyo will respond when she finds out that Kagome really would have died if not for Sesshomaru stepping in. I'm also glad that the two girls won't be meeting back up at dinner. Izayoi worked hard on that roast! But really, Izayoi is so cunning! To have calculated that her son would keep them from having all of them there together. Interesting. Keep up the good work!

waterwomen1414 (Chapter 16) - Fri 31 Aug 2018

Ohh, I wonder what happens when all is said and done. And if kikyo will change her ways.

Drianax (Chapter 16) - Fri 31 Aug 2018

That was way too short!  l this fic...please update soonest!

Hexxe (Chapter 16) - Fri 31 Aug 2018

Ok, wait a sec!

So, Kikyou had this note and did nothing? I think we all had people in school we didn't like. But if I got a message like that, I would do anything to stop that person, otherwise I would feel as if I had killed that person. Afterwards I would talk to that person, but I also can't remember being cruel to anyone.

But even then: Sesshomaru said he was almost too late. With this note, Kikyou should be able to know what happend. Wgy does she think Kagome never intended to kill herself?

And to be honest, I'm very nervous about this dinner. Kikyou's mother doesn't know anything about what happend. To her, Kagome is the villain. So I'm afraid she might do or say something to hurt Kagome even further. And if she does, Sesshomaru won't let this go. It wouldn't be ... “nice“.

Melissa (Chapter 15) - Tue 28 Aug 2018

I love this story. I do hope you write more. I had not been reading allot lately, and found this. I could read your story for hours, and it seem like minutes

Hannah (Chapter 15) - Tue 28 Aug 2018

I am really enjoying this story. Keep up the good work!

Chrishonna (Chapter 15) - Tue 28 Aug 2018

Wow!!! I loved this chapter. So glad that you got to the dark side of Kagome’s thoughts and the way Sesshoumaru comforted her. Thanks for updating.

KShadeslady (Chapter 15) - Mon 27 Aug 2018

Tough chapter. There’s always that last bit that is hardest to talk about. Hopefully, she will be able to start getting better. Or maybe after the dinner. I’m just hoping that doesn’t turn into a total mess. Sessh might have to kill something. Thanks for updating. Cheers!

Deb (Chapter 15) - Mon 27 Aug 2018

Well then... that more makes sense with Kikyo's bitch attitude. Kagome also seems to be calming down considerably quickly with Sesshoumaru (not a bad thing at all btw), but I can't help but be nervous about this dinner coming now. I don't know if they'll make it out of there without blood being drawn. I can see both Sesshoummaru and Kikyo trying to draw blood, but idk. I guess I just gotta be a good little reader and wait for an update.

KShadeslady (Chapter 14) - Sun 26 Aug 2018

Short but a very nice setup for the next chapter. Hopefully this will help to boost Kagomes self esteem. Thanks for updating! Cheers!

Lorena (Chapter 14) - Fri 24 Aug 2018

Oh man, I beg you- please let her be neutral to positive when she gets reintroduced to Kagome. I know we know Kagome's past, but I worry all she'll know is what Kikyo told her and she'll damage some progress that Kagome is making. I am already fantasizing about the possibility that she'll be someone new to support Kagome,  but can that happen? I mean, Kikyo is her daughter so even if she did something, I don't think she'd  turn her back on Kikyo :\

Loveyaa (Chapter 14) - Fri 24 Aug 2018

A very interesting story you got here. Its nice when the story just tells itself. It doesn't need any outside author comments in it. I like that you have Kagome both vulnerable and yet her strong side is still there. I can't wait to see what happens next and when the parents get at their kids :)
