Inuyasha and his traveling companions were all sitting down around the fire. It was a beautiful moonlit sky. Shippou was sleeping as he always is. Kagome was sitting next to Shippou thinking of...you guessed it...Inuyasha. Miroku was again trying to get closer to Sango, but Sango noticed and slapped him hard on the face.

"Hentai..." Sango said. "What did I do? I was just cozing up with you because you looked cold." Said Miroku. Sango then hit him in the head really hard that a big, red bump was on his head. "OWW!"

Kagome was staring at Inuyasha for a long time and Inuyasha had barely noticed. Why can't Inuyasha see that I love him? Is it because I'm not good enough for him? I sacrificed a lot to be where I am now. *Sigh*

Kagome looks so beautiful tonight thought Inuyasha. Kagome was looking up at the stars. She's probably thinking of her family...I should say something.

"Beautiful night isn't it you guys?" Inuyasha said. " I need to be alone right now you guys. I'm just gonna walk around the woods. Oh, and don't worry...I won't get lost. If I do, I'll just scream my head off!" Kagome said giggling. *Sigh* Damn her giggling sounds like sweet, soft music... thought Inuyasha.

As Kagome was walking through the woods, she didn't realize that three other people were going her way. It was Sesshoumaru, Lord of the Western Lands, Rin, and Sesshoumaru's toad-like youkai servant, Jaken.

"Rin like going on quests with Sesshoumaru-sama! Rin thinks it's fun and exciting!" Rin giggled. Jaken looked disgusted. Rin knew that Jaken didn't like her, but Rin didn't care. If Jaken tried to hurt her, she would just call for her Sesshoumaru.

"Shut up you little brat!" Jaken yelled. "Ooh! Jaken's mad at me Sesshoumaru-sama! Aren't you gonna punish him?" Rin said with a pouty look on her face. "It's okay Rin. I just need to talk with Jaken. Tell him that as long as you're with me, he had better respect you." Sesshoumaru said with a cold look at Jaken. Jaken hated it when that brat of Sesshoumaru tells on him.

Kagome heard voices just a little further away from where she was. She was curious to who it would be. When Kagome got there, her eyes went wide. Oh, no! I-I-It's Sesshoumaru! Gah! What's he doing here?! Don't tell me that he's back for the Tetsusaiga again! Oh man I gotta warn Inuyasha!

Kagome ran back to the campsite. When she got there, everyone was asleep. "Guys, Guys! Wake up! I just found out that Sesshoumaru is coming this way!" Everyone woke up. "Did you just say that my bastard half brother is coming this way?!" "Yes I did..." "Damn, we gotta get going! Which way is it Kagome?" "Go that way. He's about 50 feet away from the site."

At that they put out the fire and ran towards the direction Kagome said to be where Sesshoumaru is.
