"I can't believe this happened!" thought kagome as she looked around the now bloodied grass. Sango's and Miroku's bodies lay nearly dead not to far from where Kagome stood. Inuyasha's amber colored eyes where closed and his breath was near stopping. Kagome clenched her fists, in one hand she held the shikon jewel shard the other hand held onto her bow. "Inuyasha you shouldn't have protected me you should have let that attack hit me! You shouldn't be almost dead now!" thought kagome as she went down to her knees next to Inuyasha's still body, some tears rolled down her cheeks she let her bow fall down to her side. Inuyasha's silver ears twitched slightly hearing kagome next to him, his amber colored eyes opened slightly and he looked at her not saying anything for a moment. "don't cry you big baby." said inuyasha quietly as he looked at her. Kagome looked at him tears still rolling down her cheeks. Kagome said nothing as she looked at him. "Inuyasha please don't leave me, don't ever leave me." Said kagome tears still rolling down her cheeks as she looked at Inuyasha. "Kagome...I-I..lo..."was all Inuyasha could say as he took his last breath and his amber colored eyes closed and he slowly drifted off into internal sleep...
Kagome held the Shikon Jewel Shard in her hand tightly and her eyes closed tightly as more tears streamed down her already wet cheeks. She looked back down at the Jewel shard and seemed to glare at it slightly. "I just wish....none of this had happened...I wish...that the shikon jewel shard....was never created." Said Kagome, and a moment or two later there was a large bright flash of light and kagome's body fell quietly and gently onto the cold bloody grass next to the now dead Inuyasha.

Kagome woke up to the soft voice of her mother. Her brown eyes fluttered open, she was back in her own room. "Where am I?" muttered Kagome. Her mother looked at her oddly. " Your at home kagome, and you've been asleep for three days now you took quite a fall there." Said her mother to kagome quietly. "quite a fall?" thought kagome as she looked around her room again. "Is it possible that I'm back at home? Did the wish come true?" thought Kagome. " Come on get ready and then come down for breakfast, that demon boy should be done with it by now." Muttered her mother more to herself then to kagome. "Demon boy?" muttered kagome under her breath as she got out of her bed, as her mother left her room closing the door behind her. Kagome looked at her alarm clock as she got dressed and brushed her hair quickly.
She then walked out of her room and as she walked down the stairs she caught a glimpse of a medium sized puffy tansih colored tail. " That looks like shippo's tail." Thought kagome as she walked out of the front door after the tail she had seen, her eyes widened as she saw who it was, it was shippo only he was much taller and looked about the age of maybe 15 or 16 years old, he looked just like a normal human boy, in fact he could easily be mistaken as one if he didn't have that tail of his, or the ears he had. "Hey shippo!" said kagome as she jogged over to him, Shippo stopped and turned to look at kagome a blank yet confused look was on his face as he looked at kagome. Kagome stopped seeing his look he had on his face. "Its like he doesn't recognize me, or like he doesn't know who I am." Thought kagome looking at shippo. "Shippo...do you....know me? Recognize me?" asked Kagome to him quietly. "You do look a little familiar." Said shippo quietly, his fox like ears flickered forward as he heard someone coming he gulped slightly and then took off running. "Shippo wait!" called kagome after him, but it was no use Shippo was already off and gone and he wasn't about to stop until he was going to reach where he was going to go.
Kagome, once she had finished her breakfast had gone out side she walked around the familiar streets of her town. She stopped when she saw a girl that looked about her own age with long reddish-brownish colored hair and brown colored eyes. The girls hair was pulled back into a high ponytail and she was wearing a red tank top and black jeans. A boy stood next to the girl he looked allot like her only he had more of dark brown almost black colored hair as well as dark colored brown eyes, he was wearing a black t shirt and baggy boy pants. "they look allot like...Sango...and Kohaku...." Thought Kagome as she looked at the girl and the boy. "But how is that possible? They where...killed...in that battle." Thought Kagome as she quickly looked away from them as she saw the girl look over at her as she spot kagome staring. "Ugh! Where is that annoying boy! He said he would meet us an hour ago!" muttered the girl looking down at her watch. "Sango, calm down your over reacting for someone who said this was only for some school project, besides you know how Miroku is.. he's never on time for anything." Said the boy sighing. "Yeah, Yeah I know, Its just that this project is already a few days late and its because of him! Kohaku I can't let this project be any later then it already is." said Sango. "It really is them! But how can that be?" thought Kagome. "Could it be that my wish came true? Did everyone that was in the feudal age come to my time? Do they remember any thing that happened? Do they remember me at all? Is it possible that inuyasha is actually alive?" Thought kagome as she looked around hopefully. She would have gone over to where Sango and Kohaku where only she now had something else on her mind, she had to find out if Inuyasha was still alive...or is alive anyway.
