Chapter 1: A long rainy night

Kagome had just jumped through the bone eaters well and had just arrived back in the futel era. "Oh crap, it's raining." She said as she climbed out of the well. "Just my luck that my umbrella was the only thing I forgot at home." 'That's because I was to busy getting Inuyasha's Ramen.'

She started walking until she heard some voices coming from inside the forest, that's when she saw it, Inuyasha and Kikyo kissing again. 'I can't believe it how could he do this to me. I loved him.' She ran away from the horrible scene, crying as she traveled deeper into the forest. She eventually collapsed under a tree from exhaustion. Before she drifted of to sleep one thing came to mind. 'Will anyone ever love me completely?'

Kagome was not the only one traveling in the rain. Sesshomaru was also out patrolling his lands. A strange smell came to him that he swore he had smelled before. "Oh great," he said, "Inuyasha's wench is here." He found her sleeping in a clearing unconscious. 'I should just kill her, but then again Inuyasha is probably looking for her. I could use this girl to get the Tetseiga.' Pleased with his new plan he picked Kagome up and headed home.
