Hello!

To be honest, I'm never really sure what to write on 'about me' pages but I've had almost 600 hits on my profile and I thought it was only fair to actually put something here besides my banners.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very proud of the banners but they don't really tell you anything about me other than that I apparently enjoy challenges. (Which, of course I do! xD )

So here goes nothing!

My pen name is Ai Roku and is actually a loose Japanese translation of the Latin meaning of my first name.

My profile pic was done by a very dear friend of mine. If you like her work please look her up on deviantART! She goes by h8dworld.

My parents are both severely ill, and I live with and take care of them. We have 3 cats and a dog.

I'm a huge nerd; seriously, if it's considered nerdy, geeky, or weird odds are I like it!

I love anime and manga, and I'm also an avid reader(Cough, cough bibliophile!) and I constantly have music playing.

Nerdjitsu, it's my Way of the Ninja... Believe it!   XD

I apologize for the long delay!

RL has been kicking my booty and I had a bit of a block on Requirements for awhile, but I've started writing for it again and while it's coming along slowly it is coming along. I have not and will not abandon my story and I'm definitely NOT holding it hostage so please don't worry!

I'm so sorry for the delay and thanks so much for your patience and support!

I'm currently on a semi hiatus due to the recent death of my father. I'll probably still write drabbles, but I can't focus on writing long chapters right now.

My Soul to Steal is on hiatus for now until I can focus properly. I rushed through it so that I could still use the prompts since they inspired the idea for the story, so it's incredibly sub-par.

Until I revise it I ask you to please not read past chapter 1.
