The only reason she's having this child is because she honor bound, and now of that her 'living' relatives probably have shunned her for carrying a hanyou child, she will never be able to know any other way of life than being trash because no man would want her after she was old and used. Hating Inuyasha is really the only right she has. Yea it may have been HER CHOICE but it was the only choice a little girl with no family or home for that matter backed into a corner had.

While I'll agree with you that females of that time had little real control over their own lives, i can't honestly say or agree that they had NO control over their own lives. There have been herbs and chemicals, not to mention activities that could easily get rid of an unwanted child.

Neither you nor myself are the author of this doujinshi, and because of that we have no real say in the mater. I have my opinion and you have your own. That being said though, i still feel that either way it goes, Izayoi is getting something out of this, by Kagone's own words, " I'm brinign back her mother so that she can give me a daughter."

Izayoi is using her own body as a deal maker, and if she really didn't want that there are ways around it, including death to the unborn, and her own death as well. She could have also said "no." or she could have left the west and sought help for revenge elsewhere, no one forced her to stay there from what we know so far. So i cant say that anyone forced her to have the child, just as you can't say that she had NO choice in the matter.

Lastly, not so much as the fan, but more in the admin side of things, please keep in mind that opinions you don't agree with don't need to be so harshly thrown back. You may incite something onsite and no boy wants that. You might offend and upset, if you don't agree, argue your point but try to do it respectfully, please.
