'Secret' was removed from DA, b/c someone reported it as "underage erotica"

O_O Um.... Sesshomaru, even with NO time line in the manga, 'InuYasha' Is at VERY least 82 - 85 years old. B/c he was about 17 when inuyasha was born, and, given that Inuyasha was abotu '15' when he was pinned to the tree, AND was on said tree for 50 years, that makes him at VERY least 82.

As for Kagome, YUS, she does start out as 15, but by the end of the manga, she's a legal adult. 18+

This doesn't look like underage erotica to me. It is clear that Kagome is roughly 18, maybe a couple of years older. My take on this is that Sesshomaru lived to the modern era, cut his hair short, decided to grow a goatee, and have a relationship that no one knows about, except the two of them. Whoever reported this most likely didn't know what they were talking about. And so, I want to see this again on DA.

Unfortunately they are within their policy rights to remove it. That's one of the reasons that I'm super anal about what I post on DA.

From FAQ #248 --> "Characters which have been portrayed as a range of ages in their original media will be classified as underage or not based upon the youngest portrayal as well as their average age over the series.
• Attempts to portray a fictional underage or child character as an "adult" in order to avoid these restrictions will not be allowed under any circumstances."

- In other words Kagome would be considered a minor by DA's policy. And I'm not positive, but I think I remember reading somewhere that characters that appear underage (in the case that they're of another race etc. and therefore 'technically' older) are also subject to this restriction - which would mean Inuyasha would fall under it since he "appears" 15. I know YoukaiYume had a similar experience - one of her Sailor Moon fanarts removed because Usagi was "nude" - and her pic was a lot tamer than yours.

Of course if you want to take your camera and shoot a poorly-lit, off-center photo of your vagina and post it that's A-Okay.

I've heard of them doing this, as well. A few of my fave artists have been dinged on this matter and while the characters look totally age-appropriate, DA still considers them underage.

So, I say that a naughty roo is a fun roo and I totally support you in whatever mischief you decide to cause.

I hate that about DA. If someone wants to draw pictures of women with breasts bigger than her entire body and call it art, that's fine. But anything that they think even vaguely violates their rules and it's removed.

My friend was on DA and had half of her photos removed not even a week after posting them, because of their 'underage' rule which does really suck.
