Methinks someone was hungry...

Not beta'd and I'll clean it up and fix some of the "cramming" after sleeping!!!

Snicker

Kagome snickered when she saw the line of people walking across the tall grass field. The tall stoic dog demon lord flowed smoothly along. He was followed by the easily excitable kappa who kept up a constant flow of complaints about their third member. The small sun shiny human ward was playing a hiding game as they crossed the field. She would pop down out of sight and the kappa would freak out at her disappearance; since that would mean he would end up with a boot to the behind. They were both followed by the lumbering dragon mount… whom of course had everything under control when it came to the location of the little girl.

Hunger

One inu ragtag group joined the other inu group about the time the youngest member began to whimper about her hunger pains. While the camps set up for the evening and food prep began a few other stomachs began to vocalize their need as well. When the raman hit the boiling water everyone in the area heard a growl. Looking around for danger they quickly realized that it was the stomach of the hanyou sitting in the tree that was voicing its empty displeasure.

Peanut

Dinner finished and clean up underway by those that had not cooked, the miko glanced over at the slayer with a question in her eyes, a glance at the small child then back to slayer. A sweet understanding smile lit up Sango’s face and a nod at Kagome had her gathering up their bathing supplies. Walking up to Sesshomaru she quietly requested two things. His head tilt slightly with assention to the first and a long finger point to the east of their camp. “That way 50 yards” A smile of delight lit up her face, “Common peanut, time for a bath with the big girls!”

Caramel

The girls located the best area for a soak and promptly removed their clothing before sliding into the warm waters. A purely feminine sigh of pleasure was unanimously emitted. Sango and Kagome were delighted to have another join their evening ritual. Especially when the newest member seemed so enthusiastic to learn of “secret womanly things” that she would NEVER find out from her current pack. From bottom to top she squealed with glee at each new sensory input. The caramel scented body wash her favorite she sadly shyly requested if there were a way she could have some of her own when their two groups parted ways.

Brown/chocolate

Kagome wanted to cry. She adored the chocolate brown eyed little girl and her ever happy attitude. She knew from earlier conversations that Sango was equally enamored with the child. Both women looked at one another over her downcast head and nodded in silent agreement. They would scheme and plot and find a way to keep both inu groups together for as long as possible during this quest. Knowing that the girl followed Sesshomaru out of love they did not wish to pull her away from his pack. But there were things she would need to know as she aged and they were both sure that the demon would not seek out that information unless it was absolutely necessary. Should the groups part, Kagome would somehow finagle a promise to bring her around frequently enough that she would never lack in what it meant to be a human female.

Since the last two were given together i felt lazy about fleshing it out to 200 words.
