Well... I must say that I'm impressed. It's a good start and original enough to tell yours apart from all the other ones. Your writting is good, only if you are searching you can find mistakes unlike some others that they simply jump at you because they are all over the page. Anyway I liked this Fanfic, and I hope to keep finding updates. Also as another review said, I can't believe it is your first fanfic it is really well done and has enough space to be a very complex and complete story.

Congratulations, keep the good work and as an advice... place the last shard somewhere where only someone really close to her (like her mate, son or daughter) can feel it but not her self, like in her soul or something like that. That way she will have to lean on someone else to get over the burden of the shikon no tama.
