It is very well written and I liked it, somewhat, but it kind of made Sesshoumaru seem like a coward.

I didn't really enjoy this one, but I am pretty picky when it comes to poetry so it most likely has nothing to do with your writing. :) But you did a good job on getting the reader to see what was going on and feel a bit from Sesshoumaru's POV.
