The fact that Inu Yasha is part of this little band kind of threw me for a loop, having not seen that coming, however, it works in other characters well.

This was an excellent chapter.  The writing style was very direct and forceful, which worked very well for such an action-packed, suspenseful part of the story.  Exciting and vivid!

I was impressed by the way you combined the office intrigue in this chapter with the near drowning.  It made for a really satisfying read!

LOL!!!  Nice lemon in this chapter!  Your writing is very good, the descriptions informative and interesting, but not overbearing.  You have a real feel for dialogue too.  Having them move in together should provide entertainment... I can't wait to see what you do with it.

I also like how you treat Inuyasha's character.  He is an honorable, if a little rough-around-the-edges, character and I'm glad you are treating him respectfully.  I do get tired of the bashing that so often shows up where he is concerned.
