This is an interesting one because there are so many uncertainties and the future for everyone involved is unclear and leaves readers to come up with their own conclusions, though in time they would move on in their own ways. This is why I like stories like this. It leaves everything to the imagination. I'm sure the future for both Kagome and Sesshomaru would be a long struggle and unpredictable, but I have a feeling in the end, it would lead to something bright. Awesome job on this one!
This one was the saddest one I ever read. Inuyasha justs didn't get it, though I felt pretty bad for him (although he deserved what he got) and Kagome as well. Hmm, I wonder what may have happened after everything. I can only speculate, though I'm sure things didn't end well for him. Perhaps he had children with another woman. Maybe he became a criminal, got arrested and executed. Or maybe he spent the rest of his life alone, dealing with sickness, old age, and ultimately death. Maybe he spent his last days, contemplating what he did to Kagome, the poor girl, with a lot of remorse, pain, sadness, in tears and regret while doing so and then spending eternity wherever the gods sent his soul, probably unworthy of ascension or reincarnating as someone better. Or he may have gone mad, insisting that he's a member of the Western House when no one was around to listen. Who knows? I had a feeling you forgot about this one. It was very good. Kagome did warn him after all.
I love these, r0o, and, for once, you didn't make me dissolve in tears! But it was a near thing.
Jeez R0o, no more Law & Order or CSI for you...where did that come from?? Poor Sess had to lose his mate for 500 years because the stupid boy couldn't hold his temper...a sad way to go.

Awww r0o!! That was a terribly tragic one :( The death scene was sad enough as it is, but the part about her possibly being reborn and him not being able to broke my heart!! That was so sad; I was kinda thinking, 'Okay, it is not that bad. At least they die together. They have each other in the afterlife.' but no!! They will die and go to different destinations, so it's an agonizing separation in the mortal world and beyond. Tragic, just so tragic, and you know it is so because of your great writing! Good job there!
