This inspired me to watch City of Angels. Loved it

I was so immediately caught up in this that I didn't review until I'd read it all, but I suppose that works since this is completed.

This is one of the most beautiful stories I've ever read, fanfiction or otherwise. It reads like a fairytale with that somewhat "detached" narration in parts (not the best way to describe it), while also being so incredibly emotionally-charged throughout. I cried while reading the first and last chapters, for two totally different reasons, and I think that expresses the impact best.

Woohoo! He revealed himself so soon, but then again these new feelings had to be sudden for a timeless being. And I'm not complaining, having him watch over her shoulder her life would not be bad, but more interactions are also better. I'm mostly surprised that he hasn't lost his wings yet, as he mentioned he broke so many rules already, speaking to a human directly was the greatest but not the last.

I hope that Heaven at least gives him some legal paperwork when they finally let him stay for good, but it would be hilarious for Kagome to try to contact some government higher up that could make him an identity or a forgery.

This kind of innocent Sesshomaru is so intriguing and cute, he felt curiosity and now the beginnings of love. What other emotions is he going to feel next?

Oh what a wonderful chapter loved it.  Can't wait to see how this develops.

I hope he gets to know her better before he discards his wings. Maybe she's a previous angel that also discarded her wings in another life? That would explain her sensitivity to his presence.
