I love this fanfic, but I hope Kagome can be a mermaid again. Don't get me wrong I think sesshomaru and Kagome should end up together, but I feel she needs to be what she truly is before they do the deed. I hate that I feel like rooting against sesshomaru so Kagome can return to being who she truly is. Please I beg of you if you have them sleep together please do not condemn kagome to being a land dweller. The ocean needs her...and apparently Rings as well....so please I hope you are not angry for me hoping that Kagome can return to who she is. I just feel she needs to be whole aka have her memories and be able to be a mermaid again before she and sesshomaru do anymore hanky Panky like activities. I truly have fallen in love with this story but now I feel Kagome has been without her memories or her TRUE goal for a bit too long...plus I feel like it's disrespectful for Kagome not to be mate material and just fuckable. Please read my review and think on my words. Kagome needs to regain her defiant beautiful personality and the only way I can see that happening is for her you return to the sea g or a little while.

I made an account just so I could follow this story easier and to leave a comment I'm really intrigued by this plot line however I have a couple of questions for you.

okay so first of all, I believe it was chapter 10 there were some discrepancies between what kagome felt/ did and what kouga saw down at the beach, I was just wondering if I kept on reading that wrong? I also have the question I think everyone else has, in the beginning you said that her bite mark was slow to heal and eventually scarred. Why is it that sesshoumaru has never noticed her scar? I get there are multiple possibilities I.e her hair is always worn down, but then whenever he smells her neck or the intimate scene of Ch.11 would disprove that one, there's also the possibility that when she was made human by kanna, kanna removed the scar by magic to make kagome more attractive to the human race? I'm really looking forward to your update!!

this story is by far favourite story I'm reading right now. I can't wait to find out how naraku is using kanna and kagura and what happened to all the mermaids

Yay! Another chapter!  I'm anxious to see what happens next.  A part of me wants Kagome to go back to the ocean. It's sad that she is the last of her kind.  But of course I want to see her and Sesshomaru together.  Can't wait to read more.  Thank you!

Hi! Sorry for the late review.

Wow. These last few chapters have been overwhelming. I'm not sure what to think. Will Kagome really return to the sea? or will she just have enought contact with the sea that it will help her solve the mystery of what really happened to her people and also have a HEA with Sesshomaru?

I was going, "Come on Sesshomaru let her have contact with some sea water." and "Why can't Sesshomaru see the mark he left on her neck?" I hope Sesshomaru isn't stupid enough to have her engaged to someone else or him going off to marry someone else. :( My gosh that would be terrible. O.K. I'm just speculating at the moment. Whatever you write though, is greatly appreaciated. Thank you for the update. 

P.S. If, big IF, but IF Kagome's heritage were revealed, would it make a difference to the youkai court? Would they accept the mating?

If your reason for Sesshoumaru not wanting Kagome is because she is human and not a taiyoukai or daiyoukai, then yes you clarified his reasonings.  He doesn't want 'weakness' or to be his father and face the backlash or tarnish of mating a human.

I just LOVE your story. It's absolutely unique and the characters are just on point!!!! I cant wait to read more!!! LOVE IT!!!
