Thanks so much for your review on Ch. 8 of Kindred Spirits! I'm honored that you took the time to drop a note, and it means a lot to me. I never expect to get reviews, but it's always nice when I get feedback on my writing; otherwise, I probably wouldn't know how I'm doing and if my ramblings are worth it. So, thank you. But in regards to KS, it seems like it's going to stay on the slow and steady route. I've never been a fan of quick resolutions without the backbone of a believable plot. I mean, this is fanficfion, and authors take liberties, but still... if a work doesn't cause me to have an emotional reaction of some kind, I don't find it as successful. Maybe it's just me. Or maybe it's just years of fic reading with the same tropes being recycled over and over again. And yet, I can admit it's difficult to create something that hasn't been done before, especially in this particular fandom.

But I digress... I'm sorry for going off on a tangent and making you read more words than you were probably expecting. I'm a rambler. I'm pretty sure my readers know that by now.
