Thanks so much for your reviews on Kindred Spirits! I'm hoping to flesh out S/K's relationship as realistically as possible. Oh, and with a healthy amount of angst, too! I hope that their dynamic has been interesting but believable so far. Kagome is so very human in the sense that she doesn't try to shy away from her emotions. And as we've seen in Ch. 7, Sesshoumaru made her promise to come out of her shell for the good of her mental well-being. But whether or not she'll remain dependent on him remains to be seen. So, I really hope you look forward to what happens next! Happy reading!

Thanks for the review. Atkin will be playing a major part in this story. At first I was unsure how I'd bring him in, but then the last chapter gave me the idea. I'm glad you like him. Wait until I reveal what type of youkai he is. Do you have a guess? I gave a clue.
